    The bankruptcy proceedings for Erikson Communities, perhaps the largestchain of retirement communities in the country, appear to have endedwith its sale to Redwood Capital.  The bankruptcy was a major cause for concern among residents who had paid large sums of money for life care.

    When you drive through Stuart you'll find one of the cutest downtowns on the east coast . Stop and take in the shops and have lunch somewhere fun.  Stuart also has a most interesting  collection of 55+ communities and neighborhoods.
